Deposit Payments
- We require a deposit payment of 20% of the estimated total to reserve your service appointment.
- Collected deposits are non-refundable.
- If your appointment is rescheduled, a new deposit of 20% will be required to re-book.
- We require 48hrs notice to cancel your appointment.
- Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the estimated total.
- This amount may be eligible to be applied as credit to future invoices.
- The credit must be used within 45 days of the originally scheduled appointment within the calendar year.
- If the full balance is paid prior to completed services, 50% of the total will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
