Deposit Payments

• We require a deposit payment of 20% of the estimated total to reserve your service appointment.
• Collected deposits are non-refundable.
• If your appointment is rescheduled, a new deposit of 20% will be required to re-book.
• We require 48hrs notice to cancel your appointment.
  • Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the estimated total.
  • This amount may be eligible to be applied as credit to future invoices.
  • The credit must be used within 45 days of the originally scheduled appointment within the calendar year.
• If the full balance is paid prior to completed services, 50% of the total will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
