Scheduling Appointments
- All services are by appointment only.
- Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- To cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, please call or text us for assistance at 970-747-8729.
- Any cancellations or reschedule requests within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the estimated total.
- If you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment, such as vehicle, time, or services, please call or text us for assistance at 970-747-8729. We will do our best to accommodate change requests, however due to our schedule with other clients, not all changes may be able to be accepted.
Deposit Payments
- We require a deposit payment of 20% of the estimated total to reserve your service appointment.
- Collected deposits are non-refundable.
- If your appointment is rescheduled, a new deposit of 20% will be required to re-book.
- We require 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the estimated total. This amount may be eligible to be applied as credit to future invoices. The credit must be used within 45 days of the originally scheduled appointment within the calendar year.
- If the full balance is paid prior to completed services, 50% of the total will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This amount may be eligible to be applied as credit to future invoices. The credit must be used within 45 days of the originally scheduled appointment within the calendar year.
Invoice Payments
- Invoice payments are due at the time of completed service.
- Unpaid invoices will be subject to a late fee of 10% after 48 hours, and an additional 10% fee every 48 hours thereafter that the invoice remains unpaid.
- Repeated overdue invoices may result in termination of future services, or requirement of full prepayment for services in the future.
- A $100.00 service charge will be added on all checks returned due to insufficient funds or for any other reason. If payment is not made in full within 24 hours, a police report will be filed for theft of services.
- No refunds will be provided for the work completed. If you are not completely satisfied with the work completed or services provided, you must contact us within 48 hours and we will make best efforts to correct the issues in a timely manner.
Service Cost
- We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time.
- Pricing estimates made through our booking system will be guaranteed for 30 days. After 30 days, estimates will be reset and subject to current pricing.
- Estimate tickets created through our booking system are not exact quotes, they are estimates with a starting price based on vehicle size and services requested.
- If a service does not show a price (it will show "Estimate Required" or "$0") and you would like a more accurate estimate, please visit our shop location so we can assess your vehicle.
- Final pricing will always be determined by the condition of the vehicle on the day of the appointment, as the condition of the vehicle can change up to the time of the appointment.
